IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kosovo, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kosovo to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms or the Site.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an informal resolution.

12.2 Arbitration

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration association, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Besa Security regarding the use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements.

16. Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
